1.The center designates a director to administer comprehensive and relevant operation the center, one or two deputy directors to assists the director managing the relevant business of the research center. The director and deputy director are selected by the principal to serve for the term of one year and can be employed continuously. It is necessary to add five to eight advisory committee members to provide advice and consultation. The committee members are appointed by the director of the center and approved by the principal in accordance with administrative procedures.
2.Organizational structure of the center:

1.Academic Research Team: Select a team leader and recruit group members, to be responsible for writing and applying for the project and to collaborate with other research (academic) institutions related to marine affairs at the same time.
2.Industry-university cooperation team: select a team leader and recruit group members to be responsible for expanding industry-university cooperation and related tasks with relevant industries.
3.Service Promotion Team: Select a team leader and recruit group members, to provide center's external business service and promote education and training programs.
